All-new analytics dashboard

The analytics experience has been completely rebuilt from the ground up.

Dashboard overview

The main dashboard gives you a clear snapshot of your upsell performance at a glance. At the top, you'll see key metrics with trend indicators comparing to the previous period: Add to Cart Rate, Conversion Rate, Total Orders with Upsells, Total Products Upsold, and Total Upsell Revenue. A conversion funnel visualises the journey from impressions through add-to-carts to completed purchases, and side-by-side charts show orders and revenue trends over time.

Near real-time data

Analytics data is now near real-time. Today's upsell performance - impressions, add to carts, conversions, and revenue - is visible immediately instead of waiting until the next morning. Historical data and today's live data are combined seamlessly, so you're always looking at up-to-date numbers.

Component drilldown

The "By component" tab lists all your upsell and content components with their individual performance metrics. Click any component to see a detailed drilldown with its own metric cards, trend indicators, performance charts, and a "Top Products" list showing which products are converting best within that component. Revenue is shown alongside conversion counts so you can see both volume and value.

Product drilldown

The "By product" tab shows your top-performing upsell products with sortable columns. Click any product to see a dedicated drilldown with trend indicators, a conversion funnel, and a chart showing views, add-to-carts, and conversions over time. You can also reach the product drilldown from within a component's Top Products list - breadcrumb navigation keeps track of where you came from.

Flexible date range selection

Choose from preset time ranges (Today, Yesterday, Last 3/7/30 days) or set a custom date range. The date picker automatically adjusts based on when your store's tracking data started, so you won't accidentally query dates with no data. "Today" and "Yesterday" each show their own distinct data.

Discount-adjusted revenue

Revenue figures show net revenue (after discounts) alongside gross revenue and total discounts. When a product was sold with a discount, you'll see a tooltip breaking down the gross amount and the discount applied - so you always know the true value of your upsells.

Top Performers

A dedicated Top Performers section on the overview tab highlights your best-converting components and products with their conversion counts and revenue, making it easy to identify what's working.

Legacy component support

Components created before the analytics update now appear in the dashboard with their conversion and revenue data, displayed correctly with a dedicated drilldown view.

Tracking transparency

The dashboard clearly distinguishes between fully tracked and partially tracked metrics. Tooltips explain what each metric measures, and a helpful banner appears when some conversions don't have full tracking data - so you always understand what the numbers represent and can make informed decisions.
