New Feature: Reach integration for international checkout
A new Reach integration adds a ready-made, pre-translated banner that tells international customers their order will be processed by Reach, a merchant of record.
What's new. If you sell internationally through Reach, you can now disclose that at checkout without writing or translating a word. Enable the integration under Settings, then Integrations, then Reach, and a new Reach international checkout template appears in your component catalogue.
How it works. Creating a component from the template gives you a banner that reads "By completing your order, you will check out with our preferred international seller Reach and agree to Reach's Terms of Service", with the terms linked and the Reach logo shown alongside. Customers can click the logo to visit Reach's website. The copy ships pre-translated into every language the app supports, so shoppers see the disclosure in their own language automatically.
Plan availability. Enabling the Reach integration is available on the Pro plan and above.
No action needed. Nothing changes unless you enable the integration. Existing components are unaffected.
