New Feature: Exclude line-level discounts from the progress bar

The progress bar's subtotal metric can now ignore product-level discounts, so a discounted cart doesn't slip back below your free-shipping threshold unexpectedly.

What's new. Progress bar components that track the cart subtotal have a new Exclude line-level discounts setting. With it enabled, progress is measured against the cart's pre-discount product prices, so a customer who crosses your threshold stays across it even when an automatic product discount lowers what they pay.

Existing setups. The setting is off by default. Existing progress bars behave exactly as before until you enable it.
