The result was the Campaign Upsell: a component that allows 2XU to surface a campaign or collection asset directly within checkout, paired with a relevant product recommendation so customers can take action then and there.
For 2XU, this unlocked a more seamless way to cross-sell key collections at checkout. It also became a strong example of the flexibility and customer-focused approach Checkout Components brings to its partnerships: listening to a merchant challenge, understanding the commercial objective and rapidly building a solution designed to deliver the best outcome.

Positioned directly within the flow, it proactively communicates key order constraints, while reinforcing confidence through a 30-day hassle-free returns policy on full-priced styles. By pairing transparency with reassurance, 2XU reduces uncertainty at purchase and strengthens trust.
Honorable Mention: SOCKS🧦
The absolute GOAT product in checkout is the ever-reliable socks upsell. A consistently high-performing addition that catches customers at exactly the right moment, gently reminding them it might finally be time to retire that questionable sock collection quietly hanging on for dear life in the back of your drawers.
