New Feature: View analytics over 90 days, year to date, or any custom range

The analytics date picker now goes past 30 days. Choose Last 90 days, Year to date or Custom range and read your dashboard over any window your data covers.

What's new. The date picker on your analytics dashboard now offers Last 7, 14, 30 and 90 days, Year to date, and a new Custom range option. Pick Custom range, click a start and end date on the calendar, and Apply. Every tab, from Overview and Funnel Analysis to Components and Products, follows the range you set.

No more blank screens between ranges. Changing the date range used to clear the whole dashboard back to grey placeholders while it reloaded. Now your current numbers stay on screen, dimmed, while the new range loads, with the same loading bar the Shopify admin uses for its own reports. Wide ranges on the Funnel Analysis tab take longer to compute, and after a few seconds the dashboard says so rather than leaving you guessing.

Segment views open the moment they're ready. When you generate a customer segment view, the dashboard now loads everything the view needs before marking it ready, so opening it shows your data immediately instead of loading one last chart. Switching the Products tab between Top 10 and Top 100 is instant now too, with no reload.

One limit to know about. Customer segment views read from segment data we keep for 90 days, so a segment view always covers at most the last 90 days, whatever range you pick. The date picker explains this whenever a segment view is active.

Existing setups. Your dashboard keeps its current range until you pick a new one, and everything else behaves exactly as before. No action is needed on your end.
