New Feature

New Feature: Schedule A/B Tests for a future date

You can now schedule A/B tests to start on a future date instead of starting them immediately. This gives you more control over when your tests begin, so you can plan around promotions, product launches, or peak traffic periods.

When creating an A/B test, if you select a start date that is in the future, the "Start Test" button will change to "Schedule Test". Once scheduled:

  • The test will appear with a "Scheduled" status badge on your A/B tests list, and you can filter by scheduled tests using the new tab.
  • The test detail page will show a banner indicating when the test is scheduled to start, so you always know what's coming up.
  • Components that are part of a scheduled test are locked from editing, just like active tests, so your test configuration stays consistent.
  • If you need to make changes, you can "Unschedule" the test at any time, which moves it back to draft so you can edit and reschedule or start it immediately.

For example, if you're planning a weekend sale and want to test two different upsell layouts, you can set up the test during the week and schedule it to start on Saturday morning -- no need to remember to manually start it.
